DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

1. In these General Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:
   • Changes means any addition, deletion, modification or alteration to any Service, the manner in which any Service is provided, or the performance standards of any Service, as may be mutually agreed in writing by the Parties.
   • Charges means the fees payable by the Customer in connection with The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. provision of any Service.
   • Customer means any person who applies or subscribes for or utilises a Service.
   • Customer Information means, in relation to a Customer, all information which The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. obtains, and any other information and data provided by the Customer to The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. , as a result of the Customer’s use of a Service.
   • Party means The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. or the Customer.
   • Security Deposit means the deposit in such form and for such amount as may be reasonably required by The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. from time to time.
   • Services means the services offered or provided by The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. to the Customer from time to time and “Service” means any one of them
   • Service Provider in in relation to any Service means the The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. which contracts or agrees with the Customer to provide or make available that Service.

SERVICES

2. The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to:
   • Change the Service Provider without the Customer’s consent and prior notification as and whenever it deems fit and necessary for the Service offered or provided.
   • offer or provide the Service in any methods that The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. deems suitable.
   • refuse to offer any Service to any Customer without having to assign any reason for such refusal.

CHARGES AND PAYMENT

3. In consideration of The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd.’s provision of any Service, the Customer shall pay to The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. the Charges.
4. The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. may at any time review the Charges, and any new Charges so specified by The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. shall apply from such date as The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. may notify the Customer in writing.
5. Payments are due and payable in Singapore Dollars.
6. All payments for Charges must be paid by cash, cheque, NETS or electronic transfer directly to the nominated account(s) of The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd.
7. For payments by cheque, the cheque should be crossed and made in favour of “THE LPN ART INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.”. Post-dated and/or personal cheques will not be accepted.
8. All Charges and Security Deposit payable or paid are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-negotiable.

REFUND

9. All Charges and Security Deposit made will be forfeited if the Customer fails to complete the Service, and/or the Customer fails to pay the full Charges
10. There shall be no refund and pro-rate of Charges from The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd.

SAFETY MEASURES

11. The Customer shall ensure that whilst within The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd.’s premises, its employees, representatives and/or sub-contractors observe and comply promptly with all safety measures, recommendations and regulations as may be given or necessary or requested by any relevant governmental authorities and/or The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd., including but not limited to the Workplace Safety and Health Act (Cap. 354A) and other relevant legislation, subsidiary legislation, all enactments and/or re-enactments thereof and The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd.’s safety programme and safety management system pertaining to industrial safety and health.

PUBLICITY

12. The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. may at any time, photograph the Customer and voice, performances, poses, acts, plays and appearances, and use the picture, photograph, silhouette and other reproductions of The LPN Art International Pte. Ltd. physical likeness and sound as part of their branding and marketing through the means of online as the methods of distribution of the Picture for perpetuity.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

13. These General Terms & Conditions and/or Specific Service Terms & Conditions shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
